3. Second-Level Domain Length: 3 characters or less = 1.0 ; for longer names the more characters the lower the score.

5. Market Dominance: A calculation based on the level of dominance that the domain name / web site has in the particular industry.

6. Substitution Factor: A calculation based on how the base-word(s) of the second-level domain relates to the availability of the similar domain names with the prefixes: i-, e-, web-, and net-. Also how it relates to the availability of the similar domain names with suffixes: .net, .biz, .org, and so on.

The final average score is applied to the highest priced previously sold domain name with similar characteristics.
